  6. your tolerance if you permit them to.  This is  '
  7. natural and potentially positive, but it can    '
  8. also be dangerous.  You must take action to     '
  9. short-circuit the behavior before you are pushed'
  10. to the brink.                                   '

  12.          STOPPING UNDESIRABLE BEHAVIOR          '

  14. Part of being a human is wanting to control     '
  15. things unless it is in your best interests to   '
  16. let others have control.  You gain this sense   '
  17. when others make things too unpleasant for you. '

  19. Ask yourself:                                   '
  20.  *  What do I find annoying, wrong, disruptive  '
  21.     dangerous about @2 behavior?                '
  22.  *  How can I recognize as early as possible    '
  23.     that it is getting to me?                   '
  24.  *  How can I start to make things unpleasant   '
  25.     for @1 at that point without hurting @1 ?   '
  26.  *  How can I thank @5 for stopping?            '
